There is nothing quite as delicious as a huge ruby red Florida grapefruit; trust me, I just had one this morning. I don't think I'm supposed to have it because it reacts with one of my blood pressure medications-making it less effective. But I sneak a few of the juicy fruit in. When in Rome do as the Romans do.
