This time of the year I start craving pumpkin; pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pumpkin pancakes none of which are sugar free. I am looking for a pumpkin pie that is sugar and wheat free. When I find one I will post it! Let me know if you have a recipe.

Can you make a cookbook with recipes that are "borrowed" from others? or already been published? Probably not. But, if you changed ONE ingredient, then it would be authentic, right? Can you do the pictures?
